Guitar Basics 101 in 2016

1) Left-handers have to learn the guitar in two ways: either learn to play the right hand (one of my best friends did it) or learn to play upside down and backwards as Kurt Cobain and Jimi Hendrix. Learn To Play Guitar Video Anyway, do not be discouraged! Now, for skilled players, is simple. His right hand to hold the guitar and strum or pick the pace pick up individual notes, while his left hand forms chords or individual notes of the fingers on the fret board. We will not go into Van Halen-style hammer-ons or use of the blow bar or anything super advanced. Only focus on the formation of each hand to do what you have to do for now as you learn guitar basics.

2) Management – Acoustic Guitars and power are expensive and fragile. You do not have the money (or sponsorship) to smash them on stage every night, to handle your guitar with care. Always keep his guitar in a hard case if you can. A mild case works well with an electric guitar, but a difficult case is required for an acoustic guitar. We all know someone who has his guitar on a stand outdoors in your home. Bad idea. Nobody in the world can walk right and smash, stumble, come up with, throw on, spill your drink / food on, in-name-it, his guitar. One case also helps protect against humidity and temperature variations that can distort the wild wood and metal parts rust. Get a case and use it! They are learning the basics of guitar 101.

3) Tuning – Almost every song you hear is written and performed with the guitar on "E" tuning (also called "standard tuning"). Folkies and you hear people talking about death metal "G open" and "Drop B "tuning. Nodding politely, focus on learning the basics of guitar and then plays his guitar standard as follows: thicker chain to" E " (often called the string background though, when you look down while you play, is at the top), the second thickest string "a string" thicker thirdly to "D", thicker E string to the "G", thicker fifth string to the "B" and the thinnest string through "E", which will be exactly one octave higher than the E "low" first string. You can learn to do this by ear or can invest in one electronic tuner.

4) Chords – There are seven major chords (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) and about a million variations of the chords. Most of the songs use the seven major chords, so unless you want to play jazz or something, you should start to learn from these as you learn the best distortion pedal of guitar. It would take more space than we are here to show the fingering of the chords, so you have to find somewhere else (hint: the blue link in my biography is a good place to start). As a beginner, you simply need to understand that there are chords and bar chords. Barre chords are major chords played with a bar "(usually your index finger) on the fret everything before the line was formed. You can use what they call a capo which is a small movable bar placed on a single fret (resembling giant claws).

5) Play – Once you know how to hold, manipulate and tune your guitar, and has learned some of the major chords, it's time play. Nothing, and I mean nothing, will teach you how to play guitar faster or better than actually playing. Google chords of your favorite song and play. Not even have to match the strumming or alone. Just try to identify the chord changes to develop your ear. Do not be afraid to mess up because they want to, again and time. Just keep playing and become more and more natural. After searching and running the chord changes often enough, you should try to learn what Strum along with rhythm and tempo. Once you get down, expand their knowledge in line with the minor chords and seventh. Buy a complete course of teaching guitar if you want to learn something beyond the basics of guitar. We may never play like the gods of the guitar, but there is no reason, with a little practice and patience, you cannot play guitar, and most of the people. Have fun!
